Meer informatie

Compact DIN rail module (only 43 mm width!) that converts Pt100 temperature sensors to 0-20mA and 4-20mA current loop. Suitable for 2, 3 and 4 wires Pt100 sensors. Realtime temperature view using integrated LCD display. Measuring sensor has resolution of up to 0.03125℃ and listed accuracy of 0.05%.

Pt100 temperature

Using LCD screen, user can set any temperature between -200℃ en +800℃ to match the 4-20mA output or 0-20mA output.

The module also has 4 most used preconfigured temperature ranges:

  • -50℃ equals 4mA and +200 ℃ equals 20mA (default)
  • 0℃ equals 4mA and +100 ℃ equals 20mA
  • -50℃ equals 4mA and +100 ℃ equals 20mA
  • 0℃ equals 4mA and +150 ℃ equals 20mA

Pt100 temperature sensors exists with 2, 3 and 4 wires. This module can handle all three types of these sensors.

2-wire Pt100

If using 2-wire Pt100 sensor, please short "Pt100 signal" with "Pt100 PP" and connect the 2-wire Pt100 sensor to terminal "Pt100 Min" and "Pt100 Signal".

3-wire Pt100

If using 3-wire Pt100 sensor, connect the sensor to "Pt100 Min", "Pt100 signal" and "Pt100 PP".

4-wire Pt100

If using 4-wire Pt100 sensor, connect the sensor to "Pt100 Min", "Pt100 signal" and put the last 2 wires into "Pt100 PP".

PT100 ?

By far the most common devices used in industry have a nominal resistance of 100 ohms at 0 °C and are called Pt100 sensors ("Pt" is the symbol for platinum, "100" for the resistance in ohms at 0 °C). Output: 0-20 mA / 4-20 mA.
